Becoming a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha (AKA) sorority is a transformative expertise for a lot of girls. AKA is the oldest traditionally African American sorority, based in 1908 on the campus of Howard College. The sorority’s mission is to domesticate and encourage black girls in academia and their communities.
