A Faraday cage is a steel enclosure that blocks electrical fields. It’s named after the English scientist Michael Faraday, who first demonstrated the idea in 1836. Faraday cages are used to guard digital gadgets from electromagnetic interference (EMI) and to create a shielded surroundings for scientific experiments.
Faraday cages are made from a conductive materials, similar to aluminum foil, copper, or metal. The fabric should be thick sufficient to dam the electrical subject, however skinny sufficient to be versatile. The cage should even be fully enclosed, with no holes or gaps.
