Clique (pronounced “kleek”) is a small, unique group of people that share comparable pursuits or backgrounds. Cliques can type in any setting, from colleges to workplaces to social teams.
Cliques can have each optimistic and adverse results. On the optimistic aspect, they will present members with a way of belonging and help. Cliques may also assist members to develop their social expertise and study new issues. On the adverse aspect, cliques will be unique and hurtful to those that aren’t a part of the group. Cliques may also result in battle and division inside a bigger group.
